Privacy policy

In short. Relancr works in your browser. There's no such thing as a Relancr account. Your Vinted login details are never read or passed on. Whatever leaves your computer is used only to run the features you turn on, and is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Who is responsible
The Relancr extension and the relancr.app website are published by Relancr. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights: contact@relancr.app.
What stays on your computer
Most things are saved in your Chrome browser's storage, on your computer:
- your settings, your message templates and your floor prices;
- the history of your follow-ups, your negotiations and your sales, the purchase prices you enter and the day's counters;
- your Relancr subscription key and, if you add one, your own Gemini key.
Your settings may be synced by Chrome between your devices if you've turned on Chrome sync with your Google account. All of this storage is erased when you uninstall the extension.
What leaves your computer, and to whom
Vinted. Relancr acts on your own Vinted account, from your browser and with your session: it reads your favourites, your conversations, your listings and your sales, and carries out the actions you've turned on (messages, offers, replies). These exchanges take place directly between your browser and Vinted.
The Relancr server (hosted by Cloudflare) receives:
- your subscription key, to check that the subscription is active;
- along with this check, the extension's version and technical fault codes (for example "reading favourites refused"), to spot a fault; these codes are kept for 7 days;
- when you use the AI included in the subscription: the text and images needed for the task requested (the buyer's message and username, the listing's title, description and price, photos to touch up or describe). The server passes them on to Google Gemini and sends back the reply; it doesn't keep a copy, only a usage counter for the monthly quota;
- when you download the extension from relancr.app or request a free place: nothing other than a counter. To count a download only once a day and limit abuse, it keeps a fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) for about a week.
Google Gemini (Google) receives these texts and images to write a reply or a listing, or to touch up a photo. If you add your own Gemini key, the extension sends them directly to Google, under your key.
Telegram, only if you link your phone. The messages Relancr sends you go through the Relancr server and then through Telegram; they may contain an item's title, price and photo, a buyer's username, the amount of your sales, Relancr's status and your settings. The server keeps your Telegram chat ID and your first name for as long as the link exists, a summary of Relancr's state so it can reply to you, your exchanges with the assistant for 24 hours, and messages waiting to be delivered for 2 days at most. What you write to the assistant is sent to Google Gemini so it can reply. Removing the link in Relancr erases all of this.
Stripe handles payment for the subscription. Your e-mail address and payment details are entered with Stripe: we never have access to them. The Relancr server only keeps your subscription's Stripe identifiers, its status, its renewal date and the AI usage counters.
Resend sends the e-mail containing your key, to the address given to Stripe, entered in "Lost your key?" or when signing up for a free place. To limit abuse, the server keeps a fingerprint of the address (not the address itself) for 7 days. For a free place, this fingerprint is kept with the place, so that the same address can't benefit from the offer twice; the address itself is never stored.
Netlify hosts the relancr.app website and the extension's installation file. It also keeps the e-mail addresses left on the site's former waiting list. The site measures its audience with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone other than the providers above, solely for the features described.
- No advertising, no profiling, no reselling, no use to assess creditworthiness or grant credit.
- No reading of your browsing history: Relancr only acts on Vinted sites.
The use of data received by the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long
- On your computer: until you erase it or uninstall the extension.
- Subscription data: for the duration of the subscription, then for the legal accounting retention period.
- Technical fault codes: 7 days. Telegram assistant usage counters: 3 months.
- Telegram: as stated above, and erased as soon as you remove the link.
Outside the European Union
Several providers (Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, Resend, Netlify) may process data in the United States or elsewhere outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR that these providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its erasure or its portability, and object to processing, by writing to the contact address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your own country.
Relancr is intended for sellers aged 18 or over, like Vinted.
