What you're wondering before you install
Could my account get banned?
That's the question the whole extension was designed around. Relancr finds the right pace for your account by itself, never works at night, never asks for a password, and stops on its own as soon as Vinted blocks, before starting again once everything is back to normal. There's nothing for you to set.
Let's be clear all the same: automating goes against Vinted's rules, and no tool can promise zero risk. What Relancr does, and others don't, is stop by itself instead of pushing on.
Does my data go anywhere?
Neither your login details nor your wardrobe. Your Vinted login details, your listings and your statistics stay on your computer, and there's no such thing as a Relancr account. Only two options, which you turn on yourself, send anything: the AI (the text or photo passes through our server for the time it takes to reply, without being kept there) and Telegram.

Only the options you turn on yourself (the AI, and Telegram if you link it) send anything outside. As the AI is included in the subscription, we're the ones paying for it, so the request goes through our relay before reaching the provider — that's what "AI included" means technically. In practice, the text of the messages concerned and the photos you choose to touch up pass through it. We don't keep them.
If you'd rather nothing went through us, a setting lets you use your own Google key instead: the request then goes straight from your browser to the provider, without passing through any server of ours. The subscription price doesn't change.
If you link Telegram (optional), the messages Relancr sends to your phone (an item's title, price and photo, the state of your negotiations) and your replies go through our server and through Telegram. Your replies are deleted from our server as soon as your computer has read them, and after 2 days at the latest. To keep your settings up to date on your phone, our server also keeps Relancr's latest state, replaced at every update: your settings, your figures and your sales, your listings for sale (title, price, views, favourites), your ongoing negotiations, your saved searches and, for buyers waiting for your reply, their username and their last message. If you chat with the assistant, your messages and this state are passed to the AI (Google Gemini) so it can reply, and the conversation is deleted from our server after 24 hours at the latest. To enforce the monthly limit, we only keep the number of messages exchanged with the assistant each month (without their content), for three months.
How much does it cost?
A single plan: €8.90 a month, a fourteen-day free trial, no commitment.
Every feature is included, and so is the AI: nothing to create, nothing to top up, no key to manage. You get 30 photo touch-ups a month, up to 600 replies or listings written by the AI each month (100 during the trial), and up to 600 messages a month with the assistant on Telegram (40 a day) — normal use comes nowhere near that. During the 14-day free trial, touch-ups are limited to 15 — enough to get a feel for it; the counter goes up to 30 from the first paid month.
If 30 touch-ups aren't enough for you, or if you'd rather nothing went through us, a setting lets you plug in your own Google key: touch-ups are then no longer counted, and the price doesn't change.
Do I need to pay for an AI on top?
No: the AI is included in the €8.90. There's nothing to create or top up.
This only concerns you if you choose the "my own key" setting — in that case, allow a few euros of credit with Google for everyday use, photo touch-up being by far what uses the most. Worth knowing in any case: messages to people who favourite your items, offers, negotiating when you buy, reposting, statistics and monitoring all work without any AI. Only four options use it — replies to buyers, photo touch-up, listing creation and chatting with the assistant on Telegram — and they're off to begin with.
Do I stay in control?
Completely. Each feature has its own switch. Anything that commits you to a real sale is off to begin with. A history shows you every decision made. The AI leaves a conversation as soon as you reply in it yourself. And when Relancr negotiates an item for you, the purchase is always yours to make.

With the same safeguards everywhere, and prices in the site's currency.
How do I install it?
Relancr is on the Chrome Web Store: it installs in Chrome on a computer from its Chrome Web Store page, with the "Add to Chrome" button. Updates then arrive on their own.
